「The Untold is wonderfully posh and unique. The rooms are lovely, comfortable and nostalgic. The main seating area, bar, and restaurant have a feel that is texturally understandable to the senses that says "stay longer" to your nervous system.」

「This is very much like a quaint bed and breakfast rather than a hotel. My room was in a very old house modified to accommodate paid guests. Now, if that appeals to you, this is a great option. Unfortunately, it did not appeal to me, and the fault was mine--not the people who own and run this establishment. I should have done a much better job investigating before booking this property. I have nothing but good things to say about the hostess and other employees... I messed up, not them.」

「The Hideaway Inn is located ideally to walk to the lovely town of Lenox and right up the road from Tanglewood Music Center. It’s a lovely older property that has been well maintained with abundant period pieces. All good, so far. We arrived to find no greeter or hotel employee. Check in was automated. There in no elevator so these two seniors were left hauling their luggage up two floors of tricky stairs. Our room was small and there was one desk chair and a scarcity of horizontal surface to put...

「AC was much too cold and couldn’t seem to be adjusted - I slept in my clothes since there weren’t enough blankets; quiet place and a bit old fashioned decor but bathroom spotless; window coverings actually shut out light (positive); convenient to Lenox/Tanglewood and French patisserie next door」

「The hotel is located in the beautiful hills of the Berkshires right on the border on new York and Massachusetts, which provides the most amazing views of your room. The room itself is very spacious and luxurious; the bed was also extremely comfortable, which is rare from my experience. I definitely recommend eating a meal at the hotel restaurant. I had the lemon shrimp (highly recommended) and the 16oz steak (also highly recommended). I definitely plan on coming back for another stay.」
