「The Quality Inn is a clean and efficient facility. A freight line runs along the rear of the property. At approximately 1:10am every night, a freight train runs by the property. The train causes vibration in the room and the horn is quite loud. The hotel is fine but the freight line destroys sleep. Everything except this issue is fine.」

「The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the town center of Lenox, close to all the shops and restaurants. I was a little concerned initially about the reviews I read regarding the level of cleanliness of the rooms which I am extremely particular about. The room was very clean so maybe the issue has been addressed. Communication with staff via text which normally would be concerning was also very prompt and quick. They respond to texts right away and always very kind so shouldnt...

「We arrived early and they allowed my SIL to use the bar (which was not open) as her office for a few hours. Rooms were nice, welcome drink a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious and they allowed us to eat early to accommodate our schedule. Would definitely return.」

「Great place to stay for location and was very unique. Had trouble checking in and was difficult to get ahold of someone since there was no onsite staff. They said it was a problem with expedia booking. The room itself was great and spacious - so much to do with how they had the whole place decorated. A very nice place to stay for the night.」

「We really enjoyed our time at the Little Cat Lodge. The vibes were so peaceful and the atmosphere is just gorgeous. The cabin was cozy and clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely in the morning and staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay for more than one night next time and will also catch dinner and brunch.」

「The towels and bedding were very nice and the bed was comfortable. There was ample, close parking. However, the sink drain was slow. There was no body wash in the shower. The refrigerator noise was so loud we had to unplug it while we slept. The breakfast was poor (no fruit or meat) and the eggs & biscuits and gravy were barely warm. I would not recommend this hotel.」
