「Very nice! We enjoyed our stay very much!」

「If you like cobweb-covered light fixtures, dirt-encrusted carpet, musty stench and ancient unsleepable beds, then this is the motel for you. We booked in here expecting a basic stay, but this was so much less than that. Thick cobwebs looked like Hollywood 'haunted mansion' prop on bathroom lights. Drawer pulls literally hanging off the bureau drawers, room phone made of cheap plastic like a child's toy that didn't work, stained curtains, peeling wallpaper, all grubby/sticky to the thouch. ...

「Nice stay at this Holiday Express in Pittsfield. The staff were so polite and helpful, building looked brand new. My husband and I were happy with the gym equipment, the pool looked nice and clean as well. Excellent complimentary breakfast that went until 10:00. 😊 Definitely recommend!!!!」

「Comfy beds, clean cute and modern, I love everything about this little place. Easy check in even though it’s basically virtual they communicated clearly and quickly about my room and door code. Only thing was there was a container of someone else’s snack leftover in my mini fridge when I arrived I just threw it out. I love the real coffee mugs in the room that’s a nice touch.」

「Very nice coffee set up in the morning. Staff was super courteous and helpful. Most of property is updated although carpeting and rugs are tired. Location is great, very convenient to Tanglewood and restaurants. Parking is onsite and more than ample. B」

「Very disappointed. The shower drain was completely clogged. We called the front desk and they came and pulled a huge hair ball from the drain. Clearly it was not maintained. The room had no extras and weird design. E.g. the faucet at the sink was hard to control. I paid an excessive amount for this room and there wasn’t even free coffee in the lobby in the morning.」

「The price and location were great for our stay. The room smelled a little stale but wasn't too bad. Coffee station in the office was good to have. The small fridge lacked a freezer section, so our blue ice couldn't be re-chilled. (not the end of the world). It is a great value for the area!」
