"The desk staff was amazing! She put us in a quiet spot on the 3rd floor!! We were beyond exhausted when we arrived so we appreciated her finding us the perfect spot. However, the bathroom had probably not been cleaned before and the sink drain was plugged up. Took 10 min or so to drain. Breakfast was ok. "

However, the ground the parking lot had humongous, potholes, overgrown, weeds, garbage laying all over the parking lot. That being said, the staff was great."
