「There was hair in the bathroom, only shampoo with no conditioner, no blow dyer. The room had a musty smell. They also charged a refundable 50 dollars for the room. That was not disclosed on Expedia. We also had a lovely view of the dumpster out of our window. Our sheets were stained. Charging a refundable 50 fee when the room was not up to far seems unfair it should be the other way around after I had to clean up the halr in the bathroom.」

「The shower leaked and because it was a roll in shower it came into the bathroom floor. We had to put towels down to prevent slipping. Definitely a liability. Then we did find dried blood on the wall near the bathroom door. Unfortunately we didn't find that until the day we left or I would have asked for another room. Then the second day when my husband went to get ice, he couldn't get back in the room because the key cards did not work. It was not a very pleasant stay. Price was good, but I...

「Entire property seemed worn and not well maintained. Our bathtub had a large puddle stain, the quiet close toilet seat was difficult to open and would not close on its own. The TV, while a good brand, did not have its original remote so they borrowed a remote from a DVD player. It took a trip to the front desk to get someone to decipher it's use. Carpet throughout the room had a variety of stains and apparent burn marks (in a non-smoking property). The breakfast room was messy, we skipped...

「Breakfast does not start til 7, that wasn’t helpful for our travels. The pool was closed and the shower stall was cracked in numerous places with mold on a nasty caulking job to try to fix the cracks.」

「Biggest thing when I went to check in I was told my room wasn’t completely paid for had a surprise had to pay a 50 dollar deposit in case my pet did damage and I told him I didn’t have a pet he said you still have to pay a security deposit.after you check out and we inspect the room it will be refunded.I just don’t agree with this surprise charge.」
