「Amazing staff and Security」

「Great place to stay while travelling through. Very helpful front desk Staff. Dining for breakfast and dinner was fantastic. Our evening meal, with a platter with brisket, chicken, ribs, was absolutely amazing. Newer restaurant there, a must try for sure. Breakfast was really good and inexpensive. Great stay!」

「I phoned the venue to cancel *Months* in advance. Somehow the ball was dropped and the cancelation wasn't registered. I did not stay at the hotel but got billed in full. I requested that this be changed. They declined. I have been a good customer there in the past and they still denied me on this. I am livid.」

「The room was clean, the housekeeping staff and nighttime staff member were all great. The daytime staff members were not the friendliest or helpful. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast nothing special.」

「My main reason for choosing this place was because it said breakfast included. They do not serve breakfast as advertised but its listed on bill as included with room. I didn't care about any of the other things listed for the property. It was clean and everything was in order otherwise.」

「The Breakfast featured a god variety of choices including scrambled eggs, bacon, cold cereal and waffles. There was also, a restaurant on the hotel premises for dinner. It had a good variety of meal options. Need to check which days the restaurant is open.」

Because of this, I gave some latitude when the front desk informed me that the key card machine was broken and had been for quite some time. That a staff member would need to key me into my room.
