"We had an amazing stay at Essence Hotel! The room was beautiful, spotless, and had a modern bathroom with great products. Check-in was smooth — reception even waited for us to arrive as we were running a bit late, which was so thoughtful. Car parking was easy to access, and the hotel is in a lovely area with an easy bus ride or short drive into town. The homemade biscuits and friendship bracelets were such a sweet personal touch, and the reception team gave fantastic recommendations for things...

"There is no phone connectivity from the room to the hotel reception. For in-room dinning we had to go to the reception and order there. The entry to the doom is very dark which is not a very impressive first impression. Restaurant is good though. Food is good quality. Our room says ocean view but not ocean at all. "
