"Very friendly and helpful front desk staff and housekeeping. Pretty good location near little Italy and a lot of little shops and cafes. The nearest subway station, Grand, is a bit dodgy around the outside. The room was clean and newly refurbished, with comfortable beds and big windows. The only thing I would suggest if you are a female staying there is to bring a lighted makeup mirror. The lighting in the room is fairly dim and moody, so we ended up having to turn on our phone flashlights to...
