Very nice hotel with a good hot springs facility on the second floor. I chose the traditional Japanese room and that was spacious and very nice. Quiet area and the hotel was quiet as well. The hotel could benefit from a facelift, but all in all it was good

The onsen facilities are amazing. Buffet selections are good too. Staff is very helpful, even helping me to book a relatively cheap express bus to go to sapporo from the hotel.

Nice and big hotel that is great for tourists. Very walkable to Hell Valley yet far enough to not smell the sulfur. We had our own private onsen tub in the room, and the public one was nice as well. Amazing breakfast buffet selection, I highly recommend to include that in your booking.

The Hotel is incredible. It's one of the best spa experiences I've had. You do have to strip down nude and if that is not something you are comfortable with, do not go for the spa experience. However, you can book a room with a bathtub that is big enough for two. I will say I was dissapointed with the dinner and breakfast at the Hotel and there aren't really any restaurants out that way. If you are only staying one night, I would bring food rather than pay a lot of money for a mediocre dinner. That being said it was one of the best things I did in Hokkaido. If I travel to Japan again, I will definitely go back for at least 2 nights.

Great Stay in Noboribetsu
Had a really great stay in Noboribetsu. Staff was wonderful. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Room was spacious. The outdoor hot spring was excellent. The quality of the hot spring water was great. I will definitely return.

We liked that it was a modern onsen hote as we were not sure about staying in a traditional ryokan. The price was good for this high-class looking properyt maybe due to needing business due to Covid. We liked the breakfast and dinner buffets espcially since not much good dining options in the small town.

Lovely hotel with great Onsen.
A large hotel with a lovely onsen facility. Going in winter and being able to sit in the outdoor onsen with snow falling was magical. The hotel itself was lovely, staff were very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant for dinner and breakfast was big and busy and the variety of food available was quite amazing.

Room was clean and felt new. Toiletries were good and the toilet was spacious. Hotel location was great as it was near the Noboribetsu onsen bus terminal and we could easily access most of the onsen town via foot as well. The hotel's onsen was so-so, would recommend guests to check out other onsens as well.

We booked the rooms with onsen, good choice! But price was on the high side Full sets of toiletries including facial lotion! Rooms are of decent aizes and clean! Hotel also provided free parking. We were happy with everything except for dinner was not to expectations. Stayed for 2 nites and both nites buffer dinner is exactly the same, no chg of menu. For those who drive, can skip the dinner option if more than 1 nite.

It was one of the luxurious onsen I've ever visited. The buffet spread for dinner and breakfast were excellent, I was a bit overwhelmed by the variety of choices. The town area is also nice to visit and to walk around.

Fantastic onsen that is very large. They have a huge outdoor onsen and multiple indoor onsens. Indoor onsens include Salt Bath and Iron Bath. Outdoor will be Sulphur Bath. Fantastic location just next to bus terminal.

Very big hotel. Great lobby and facilities. We had dinner in the hotel which was a huge buffet but it was very expensive for what we got. Great location right across from the bus and a short walk to Hell Valley.

Hotel is well located - only 1 min's walk across the road from the bus terminal. Room is spacious but could do with some upgrading. Carpet was well worn and certain areas were stained. Bathroom was clean but tired looking. 1 out of the 3 rooms we had smelled really bad and musty the minute you stepped in through the door. Not sure if it was the bathroom or the ventilation system...All the staff were very helpful even with their limited English and more than enough quantity and variety of food were provided for both breakfast and dinner. Conclusion : will stay in this hotel again

Had an excellent nights stay at a suite with private bath. Spacious, clean, and had everything we need. Welcome snacks and pudding were a nice touch. Breakfast and dinner leave much to be desired though staff were really nice. Just opposite the bus terminal, and a short 10 minute walk to Hell’s Valley.

Most of the Onsen hotel in Noboribetsu is very old and Japanese style. This is really nice and new with private bath, which I love the most. Very comfortable and should have booked two nights instead of one. Will do it next time for sure. The hot spring makes your skin so smooth....very nice.
