"The website for this Hotel is outdated. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar. Therefore no room service either. Not a deal breaker for me but could be considered as misleading. The great thing is the location which is very central and easy walking to Grand Central, shopping, restaurants and Empire State Building. Great view from the 27th floor lounge. Right beside the Chrysler building. Staff were excellent, very polite, friendly and helpful. I would stay there again."

"I give it four stars not five because they have a nice breakfast included before the pendamic but after that they canceled it but the rate for the room it more expensive "

"Amazing property right next to Grand Central. The lounge was pretty nice. The rooms were clean and spacious for New York. Standards staff very helpful."

"I liked that the rooms were small, but still big enough and had a coffee machine in room as well as coffee downstairs. The location was great- next to what I needed for work, but also in a good location close to running paths in the morning. The staff was also nice and helpful. "
