「My stay was very comfortable, food was excellent, room was clean and very comfortable and had lots of great amenities included. Reception and bar staff were super friendly. Female staff at breakfast not as helpful or friendly as the rest of the staff, she seemed very rushed. 」

「I advised them that I would arrive early and it wasn’t a problem my room was cleaned and ready for me to get changed and leave my luggage so I could attend a function at the other side of town, I didn’t get back until around 1am but had a key to let myself back in. A fantastic breakfast the following morning and nothing was a problem for Fred, he served me up a freshly cooked cheese omelette which was delicious, I’d definitely go back. Thanks again guys.」

「Hotel was great, lovely decor ,food nice, excellent staff nothing a problem for them, great outside sitting area.」

「Easy check-in, nice clean and quiet room. Unfortunately, I accidentallydamaged what I thought was the bathroom flush, and contacted Nick straight away. He told me not to worry at all, and explained that he would sort the problem out when he arrived. Fantastic owner, I would imagine that certain other people would take advantage of this and try and request extra payment. I would recommend this place, and would definitely stay here again.」

「Lovely hotel and staff were so friendly and polite. Very dog friendly with a large bit of grass directly outside the hotel to walk your dog. Food in the restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was simple but delicious 」

「Great hotel, aside from the double bed being the smallest double bed I’ve ever seen it was a brilliant stay with very clean and tidy well maintained facilities. The bar is keenly priced, no complaints 」

「Great hotel for the price. Breakfast was cooked to order, the room was large and comfortable, easy parking and close to the river and green spaces. Staff were friendly. Excellent value」

「Waited ages for breakfast. When it finally arrived the toast was burnt it had no butter for it. The egg was missing and potato scone was rock solid.」

「Fabulous hotel. Easy parking. Clean, spacious modern rooms. Ensuite bath and walk in shower, beautifully tiled and fitted out to high standard. Quiet. Staff very friendly. Breakfast good choice. Spa is great and included in stay. Great value. We will definitely stay again.」
