「It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.」

「The hotel was clean….but for a Hilton Product and the level of service you usually receive …the Hampton Inn and Suites Tacoma disappointed. We stayed a total of four nights and did not receive house keeping services until the morning of the fourth night… even after going to the front desk every night requesting fresh towels. The hotel did mention they only provide daily service every second day, they only offer daily service upon request…but with that said even after two nights, they still did...

「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again.
