「The breakfast was very good. At the price the choice was good. 」

「Bathroom was not stocked with the usual (and expected) shampoo and conditioner; only one towel provided for two guests, and shower screen seal was hanging off. A tower stand was provided but not adequate for the size of the room and the outside ambient temperature (19 degrees overnight).」

「I have stayed at this location several times and found the staff to be exceptional. Food quality was good and we enjoyed drinks from the bar. The only issue is the public parking which I found confusing to my expense. The manager as well as Kelly and Sahar were helpful and friendly.」

「No air con on my room as it was broken! And they didn’t have another room for me. The room was ok, but very dark as I needed to keep the curtains shut to keep out the sun and there was only one very old bedside table lamp. I stayed for 2 nights but my room wasn’t serviced. I seriously question the 4* rating here, although the pool area was lovely」

「We were given a top floor room for which I realised I struggled to walk up in addition to the hotel is like a maze and confusing to find and get back to. It was one of a very hot day and the window is quite limited to open to let the cool air comes in. A fan is available. The shower as well is a bit of a tricky manoeuvre to operate. Breakfast is basic including the juice. Coffee is fine.」

「Check in time located in the cafe, time is limited, except inform hotel by phone. Provide free wifi. Breakfast included. No hairdryer in the room. No lift, you have to lift luggage by yourself to the second floor. Double bed for singe for single room, large for one person.」

「Overall is excellent. Wonderful service but room only available after 14:15 which is a bit delayed from the check in time. Room is neat and bigger than I expected. However, fridge is not available in the room so whoever planning to stay there must be alerted.」
