"The women only area was very noisy in the middle of the night. I was also cold at night & the only way to get an extra blanket was paying extra. The advertise onsen was men only. The common area had a very strong cigarette odor. I do Not recommend this place. I requested a refund & was denied. I was only asking for 1/2 since I was staying for 2 weeks. Ended losing money because I didn’t want to stay there any longer."

"Staff was absolutely amazing. We decided after the first night to upgrade to one of the Godzilla rooms which was a little more spacious. The deep soaker bathtub was amazing! The only thing we missed out on was going outside to see the Godzilla head since it was closed for restoration."

"I've stayed at this hotel many times & the primary reason is the GREAT breakfast buffet. Althought the rooms tend to be on the smaller side, the breakfast makes you forget any downside of staying at this hotel! I'll be back next month!"
