「The staff were lovely. Very polite and helpful. My room was clean. A bit noisy traffic, but it got quiet after 10pm. The breakfast was good as well. Good value for money.」

「酒店位于海边，过了马路就面朝大海了。本来很喜欢酒店的服务，以前住过的。可是这次稍稍失望，我们check in在12点半，下了火车带着4岁孩子，可是却说房间没有整理好，告诉我按规定是下午3点check in的。无可挑剔的回答。只好下午3点拿到房间钥匙。酒店当天一定很少人入住，就早餐的人数不到10人，而且我退房时（11:00），明眼看到服务生带客人入住。这是我入住5星级酒店唯一的一次下午3点拿到房间钥匙。」

「Stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed it. This time the hotel had been up grading some of the rooms. One of the best reasons for staying is the staff are very friendly and helpful. Another reason is one of the few hotels in Rye and surrounding area with its own car park.」
