「The hotel location is in peaceful area, several groceries near hotel and the parking place for the car is in the mall very close at hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly, also the room was very clean. There are next to the mall buss stop where you can board a free city buss which take to the city center. 」

「Their service is good and comfortable. But they don’t offer water for the second day no matter how many days you stay the hotel. They only offer the first day water.」

「Loved the finishes of the building and room. Kept old style charm. Clean. Enjoyed duvet covers. Close to shops and restaurants. Easy access to airport. Very noisy area though. Also would have loved a few complimentary bottles of water in room 」

「The hotel is just a short walk from the port and it’s about 7 min away from Lion Square. The sound proof is amazing considering it’s on a main street and very close to the airport. Dimitri made some very good recommendations on restaurants - all of our meals have been amazing in Heraklion. The only recommendation I made is to replenish bottled water every day, rather than just giving 2 small bottles for the whole say. But all in all, good value for money and great hospitality! 」
