「The room was exceptionally clean, water bottles in the fridge were a nice gesture, the cleaning staff was amazingly nice, extremely convenient to shops, sites, and food, you are in the heart. The host communicated well before the check-in date with logistics- it seemed automatic, not a person, but did not provide details to help find the unit once we arrived. 「Clean space overall Hot tub had a strange smell to it so unfortunately didn’t use it Front desk was closed upon arrival and departure due to late night/early morning arrivals and departures so we was asked to leave 2 euros for nightly “environmental fee”, we left the 2 euros as asked and was still charged on our invoice for the fee. I know 2 euros isn’t much but taking the cash and still charging us is not right in our opinion Great centralized location to restaurants and shops」

「The hotel is just a short walk from the port and it’s about 7 min away from Lion Square. The sound proof is amazing considering it’s on a main street and very close to the airport. Dimitri made some very good recommendations on restaurants - all of our meals have been amazing in Heraklion. The only recommendation I made is to replenish bottled water every day, rather than just giving 2 small bottles for the whole say. But all in all, good value for money and great hospitality! 」
