「Very good location,all kinds of shops, department stores, restaurants are within walking distance, public transportations are also very nearby. The atmosphere of the room was very romantic, the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, Staffs of the hotel are very freindly,helpful and good service.」

「I was at Freiburg for two nights visiting my friends. The hotel is easy to find and have great personnel. The receptionists are specially friendly and ready to assist. While traveling at the city, I have encountered business matter that needs a scanner and a printer. Thanks to the hotel's business corner. It allowed me to accomplish my mission (without charging me.) I really appreciated their help. The room itself is also big and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. :)」

「Considering how expensive Switzerland is, this cozy hotel is value for money. The tram is just right downstair. The staff are warm and welcoming. For example, at breakfast, when there was freshly baked croissant, the staff came around and handed out the hot and fresh croissant. When I checked-in too late, around 23:00, the staff was nice and patience. 」

「Sehr schönes Hotel mit toller Lage und Aussicht. Ausreichend Parkplätze. Zu Fuß in 5 min im Zentrum. Beim Check In wurde uns mitgeteilt das wir uns auf der Terasse einen Kaffee und Kuchen gönnen können . Klasse Start Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet jedoch ohne Klimaanlage. Ansonsten ein tolles Hotel. Frühstück ist 👍 alles was man braucht. 」

「Für uns mit der Bahn Anreisende war die Lage ideal. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Fußgängerzone, es gibt wohl auch einen Parkplatz oder eine Tiefgarage. Das kleine Hotel liegt unmittelbar an einem Platz mit Verkaufsständen des Weihnachtsmarktes. Unser Zimmer war in einen Innenhof ausgerichtet und deswegen sehr ruhig. Am Frühstücksbuffet gab es alles, was wir brauchen. Es wurde ständig vom sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichen Personal aufgefüllt. Nur das Teewasser war nicht heiß genug. An der...
