"Everyone we encountered were very nice, thoughtful and considerate. Except one woman at the reception. The room was never properly cleaned. Bathroom floor and drain remained dirty for most of the stay - we spent 12 days there. So was the floor - never vacuumed Bed was comfortable Clean linen Room was ok - floor 19 - we are not sure if it was what we booked. Deluxe - was there a difference vs Premium? Good access to Time Square - near the subway Not sure if we will book again here. Our name was never changed on the booking - see photo - hence not knowing if the room was really booked for us"

"The hotel has a great location, but its showing a bit of wear. No updates apparent from my last stay before COVID. Nothing wrong but nothing new. Breakfast at $45 is very high for what is offered, but the hostess and staff were very friendly and remembered me on just my second day."

"Large and welcoming lobby. Exceptionally helpful front desk and other lobby staff. Three restaurants at the property - we visited the diner-type restaurant which was as you'd expect but more efficient. Got a room upgrade - to a huge, beautiful room with expansive view and even a balcony! Would definitely stay here again."

"My bed had yellow stains on the sheets. Food crumbs from previous people on floor. Bathroom was pretty clean. Staff was friendly. Room was a little on the warm side and couldn’t seem to get the ac to kick on. Wasn’t horrible but was not very clean"
