"The room did not give an option for heat. The room only had a cool and fan option. The breakfast provided was unexpected. There was only cereal and an unsanitary waffle station. The like was served in giant 2 gallon containers at room temperature. No ice or refrigerator was given for beverages or milk that was supposed to be served cold"

"Ariel was safe a lot to do. My only complaint was it would be nice if there was a hot tub available and we parked at the hotel and the back was very wet with a concrete mixture in the water so it was very dirty getting into the car."

"Heating was heating but was very loud So was everyone else in the hallway, door slamming, microwave beeping, I assume staff shouting in all morning hours Staff was rude, whole building and rooms smelled of cigarettes "
