"This place was horrible. When we arrived the cleaning/maintenance people were outside having a screaming match. There were mouse droppings in the cabinets with the dishes. There were acorns on the couch. One of the queen size beds were broken and unable to be slept in. There was supposed to be a pull out couch which in fact was a blow up mattress. "The room was spotless. Everything was excellent! The only thing that I forgot to mention to the downstairs service team was that part of the toilet seat holding screw was on the floor when I went to the bathroom for the first time. It was an amazing stay. The spa was awesome. I want to thank everybody."
