「There will be a kettle in your room with tea packets. The oven, stovetop, and laundry machine does not work. There is a working fridge. The TV has channels and apps to watch shows/films. If you like to walk, this is the place to be. However, if you do not, take the bus because the city centre is 1.6km. There is no front desk, if you need help you have to go outside and ring the bell to alert the staff. The room was nice and comfy.」

「Beautiful room, very spacious and wonderful amenities. Front desk staff helpful and friendly! Also bartenders. Menus in both restaurants limited and static throughout our stay. Restaurants (both) wait staff inexperienced and green. Some not knowledgeable of condiments/menu items available. GOAT cheese beignets varied in presentation when ordered on two different occasions. Laundry was misplaced into wrong room but this was a needed service and reasonable price. Would consider returning. Love the...

「We felt like we had stepped back in time to the era of grand Victorian hotels. I literally gasped we walked in. The rooms were spacious and extavangantly decorated; we even had turn down service. The dining room was beautiful. We had afternoon tea and felt like grand ladies. The staff were so sweet and understanding of our Amercan questions. The bar was hopping and we loved exploring the cocktails.」

「Malmaison Belfast was in a perfect location for us on a first trip to the city. Everywhere was walkable and we felt it was just enough away from the party noise of the town on a Friday night but still at the heart of everything. The member of staff who checked us in was extremely lovely and welcoming. Very friendly and helpful, as were the gentleman and young lady running breakfast. We loved the building itself and the bar and restaurant/breakfast room were beautiful and had so much character....

「We stayed in a deluxe quadruple room, amazing curved window, so spacious and comfy beds. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Also hotel right in centre of the shops which was very convenient, lively atmosphere and great courtyard for drinks and entertainment. We will be staying here again on our next visit to Belfast.」

「The room smelled musty. The “Kitchen” room was never open. In multiple occasions, there were homeless people hanging directly outside of the hotel entrance door.」

「No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. 」
