「Everything was wonderful 」

「Tia greeted us with joy and made a great first impression. The lobby was very clean and inviting. We checked in very quickly and went straight to our room. We ended up needing a third sleeping area (couch) and Tia helped us change rooms without any hesitation. The rooms were clean, stocked, and cool. Everytime we went by the lobby, Tia talked with us. We traveled from Gulf Shores and Kentucky to attend the Teddy Swims concert. We were going to walk and Tia helped me download an Uber App. This...

「Was just needed a place to stay for the night and was working nearby. For the price it was excellent given I didn't need anything but a comfortable bed and a quiet room to sleep. I booked my room after eating at the restaurant next store and literally checked in five minutes later.」

「I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Guntersville, Alabama. Everything and everyone was great; excellent service, excellent customer service and support, and accommodations for my disability were good. Only one thing that I would suggest is putting a less tall mattress on the bed. I had some trouble transferring from my wheelchair onto the mattress as it was too tall. Other than that, I will definitely stay there again and highly recommended them to to others!!」
