「Het was goed」

「It is about 25 mins drive to princess cruise port and a good place for one night stay. I was a bit worried about carrying suitcases upstairs. Susan relied to my question before my trip and offered assistance if needed. There are several local restaurants within 5 mins walking. My husband left one bag in Uber car. Susan helped call our driver and had the bag back on time. Breakfast on the second day was excellent. We had very good time there. I will consider to book again in future.」

「Really nice stay, staff very helpful and accomodating, we were on the top floor and the room was very warm but the whirlpool bath was an unexpected bonus. Only negative was people smoke just outside the restaurant and bar and with the windows open the smoke came im. A separate smoking area away from the hotel would be better.」

「Lovely hotel, staff really friendly. Free parking round the back of the hotel with space for about 10 cars. Breakfast was included with our room. The breakfast consists of self serve cereals, fruit juices and water then you order from a menu for the rest of your breakfast. We opted for poached eggs on toast and the poached eggs were perfect. There are 14 rooms available at this hotel which is above a pub. There isn’t a lift so if you have mobility issues you may struggle. No air conditioning...

「Great location, staff were friendly. Room wasn’t cleaned very well so we came back to dirty cups, wet and stained surfaces and only a partially made bed after our day out. Generally the rooms were nice but no soundproofing, you can hear talking from rooms above and extractor fan going on etc」

「I was incredibly impressed with this hotel. The value for money was excellent. I booked a family room for five of us (3 kids) - which in itself is unusual to be able to fit 5 in one room! - when we were visiting Paulton Park. I didn’t do much research and we were all very pleasantly surprised with how good it was.. the family friendly welcome, facilities, and amenities were great. 「Never stay here in the summer! A lovely hotel with a great spa but sadly the staff were not interested. Our room (6) was boiling hot, far hotter than 2 other hotel rooms we have slept in over this May 26 heatwave. When we raised this at check in and explained that we would not be able to sleep in the room we were given a spare fan that simply moved the hot are around. 「该酒店整体住宿体验一般。房间有很重的难闻的气味儿；没有空调，晚上还是有一点儿热；马桶的水非常小，根本冲不了马桶，服务员看过以后也没办法解决，给了一个水瓢接水冲马桶，说是第二天找专业人员来解决，结果住了两个晚，截止退房也没有解决这个问题。洗脸池热水和冷水是通过两个水龙头流出的，并且两个水龙头的距离有点远，使用起来非常不方便，这种奇葩的设计我是第一次见到。」
