「It was a beautiful place! The host was very nice and friendly; she came out to help us with things we could have read in the info packet she’d emailed, but she didn’t display the least bit of annoyance. Instead, she conversed with us a bit about the property. The tents are so nice and gave little touches that take it over the top: water bottles, ear plugs, eye masks, decor, space heater, lights over the entrance (didn’t keep me awake). 「Host cancelled the booking with less than 24 hours of notice (apparently due to a double booking) when I had already travelled to the area, which left me high and dry at the last minute. I had booked nearly 2 weeks in advance so there should have been plenty of time for this to be flagged in their system. I understand that these things happen, but the lack of notice was unacceptable and caused considerable inconvenience. Caveat emptor」
