「If you just need a place for stay and shower around airport , the price is the best. If you want enjoy the stay, it’s not a good choice. Not too bad, just a mold smell in the room. 」

「respectful」

「Surprise deposit that was never returned. They used a copy machine e to have my card on file which is not ok. I booked online because I trust the Expedia encryption software. Having a surprise deposit hand written note is very shady and unprofessional. Now my card information is on some paper who knows what they can do with it . Also I never received the deposit back which is not surprising. I booked a non smoking room and they put me in a room that reeked of cigarettes. What is the deposit even...

「The check-in counter was inside a small window with glass (so a glass-room !!). There are not enough facilitated inside the room and I ask for an hot-pot (boiled hot water) but the lady refused. She gave me the wrong room with single bed which is other's name, but changed after we (2 persons) told her. 」

「I book the room for the night for a family event. The room was horrible and smell like cigarettes and weed. The bed sheets was super dirt and had lots of hole due to cigarette as well. I went to the front desk and they weren’t helpful so I never stayed in the room and never got my money back.」
