You could tell the property had been upgraded as best it could be. The area was slightly sketchy. However, it was well worth the money for a quick stay and the customer service was great!

Staff were super friendly! Wasn’t the most clean place I have stayed in, the floors looked like they really needed to be mopped, there were some spots that were missed in sweeping from the person before me but for the brief time I was there it was fine. Bed was clean which was what mattered the most to me.

You get what you pay for. The front desk guy was nice. The fridge was not cold but he fixed it. It was difficult to regulate the temperature the unit kept blowing on and off and waking me up so then I kept it on low and would keep blowing cool air after hitting the temp. I had the blanket on and the heat all the way up and still slept on sweatpants. Thankfully it was 50°. it would’ve been nice to have some Kleenex. I walked into an overpowering air freshener which I unplugged and then the next day it stunk like cigarettes in the bathroom the TV remote batteries weren’t working and it fell under the bed and dropped a battery and I wasn’t gonna go fishing for it so it ended up playing all night on mute. I brought my own coffee and didn’t want to heat it in a thin little plastic cup in the microwave so I had to go across the street to the gas station to get a paper cup but other than that it was fine. they allowed me to have an upstairs room like I asked .

Heat/AC functioned well. Clean room. Building plumbing could use improvement. Close to multiple shopping and eating establishments. But the worst issue is the traffic noise, which was loud, sounded like they were driving thru the room.

I just needed a reasonably-priced place to get ready for an event I was in the area for and an overnight rest, so I didn't need all the bells and whistles, however I did require the shower to work and zero roaches, and that's where this place fell waaaaaay short. Check-in went fine. The guy at the front desk made it quick and easy, and accommodated my request for a first-floor room. The room was small, but fine for my needs. The bathroom was tiny, with a phone-booth sized shower stall, but appeared clean. I feel like the floors throughout could've used a good wet-mopping as it appeared there were some stains and the corners had some grit build-up, leading me to think they may not deep clean as much as quick sweeps when rooms are turned over. The furniture appeared fairly new, sheets were clean. Room had a weird smell I couldnt place. Also either prior occupant smoked in this non-smoking room or the smell permeated the walls. I was on a time crunch to get ready but the shower wouldnt turn on despite all my trying with a very basic faucet setup, didn't have time for mgmt to play plumber or give me a different room, so I went without and felt gross going to my event. Came back at 11pm to open my door to roaches on the door threshold. Was uneasy going to.sleep but was exhaused. Woke up at 4am to a roach crawling up the wall a foot from my pillow. Grabbed my stuff and got out. Mgr was more concerned about shower than roaches. Stay away!

First time I came I was impressed. This time not so much. My room had no water pressure, kind of dirty, door was hard to close (so I almost left it unlocked accidentally one night) Then my neighbors were all smoking pot and being loud all night. Not sure I'll be back.
