「I stayed at the Sonesta Select Newark Christiana Mall in November 2025, and it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had.
There was no hot water during my entire stay, and management did not provide any updates or a timeline for when it would be fixed. Why stay at a hotel if you can’t even take a proper shower? They offered to cancel customers' reservations without penalty, but where am I supposed to go last-minute and pay extra?
