Lovely property on hillside with friendly host, Trish. She gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. Our bedroom has our own outdoor spa bath gave us very relaxing bathing.

Best bed and breakfast place ever!!!!

Truly one of the best bed and breakfast inns we've ever stayed at. Trish & Ian are amazing hosts who goes above and beyond to make our stay superb. The place was so cosy and beautiful and the amenities were so thoughtful (there was even a tin of biscuits in the room to go with the complimentary tea!!!), it was like staying at a 5 star hotel but with the kindest and friendliest hosts who would greet you in the morning to give you travel tips and make fresh homemade bread for breakfast for you, with 25 jams to choose from. It was just amazing. And the tub! Best tub ever with radio and lights and fluffy bathrobes to change into after! There were just so many things that we really appreciated, like the free parking and free wifi, Trish helping us to plan our day out, the space having just 3 rooms so that we didn't have to be with lots of other tourists or noisy children, and being able to do a load of laundry, complimentary. We were so sad to leave and we can't wait to come back again!

Peaceful couples retreat close to town

We had a lovely time. The room was clean and tidy, breakfast was plentiful, the hosts (Ian and Trish) were very welcoming and helping to give recommendations to make the most of our stay. The Spa and spa area were very clean and pleasant. We'll definitely be going back!! Thank you!!

Bed and breakfast without the breakfast

The owners and room were lovely. The spa was well worth it. Unfortunately we had organised with the owners that we needed breakfast by 7.30 as we needed to leave at 8. We woke up and were out ready for our breakfast at 7.30 as organised the night before and we waited for 30 minutes and no one showed up so we left. We didn’t receive an apology or a refund for the breakfast we didn’t get. Really dissapointing as it was a nice place and the owners seemed really nice.

Beautiful clean

Trish and Ian are beautiful people and my husband and I felt right At home. Room was very clean and bed extremely comfortable! The little touches to the place are very thoughtful and makes you feel like home away from home :)

Nelson bay stopover

Absolutely fantastic stay here. Hosts could not be more welcoming and informative. Helped us make the most of our stay. The room is beautiful with an outside but covered jacuzzi 2 person bath. We made full use of this. Inside is a large tv with cable channels as well. DVD player and films provided. Bathroom has everything you need. Towels lovely and soft. Bed is soft and luxurious. Good air conditioning and ceiling fan to get an ideal temperature. Ideally located with a couple of minutes walk into town and the harbour. We were able to walk along the jetty to see an incredible sunset. In the morning the breakfast was delicious with home made breads for toast and 20 types of jam and marmalade. Luxury muesli and I also had the fresh fruit salad and yogurt which is the best I’ve ever had. But it’s the hosts that make this place fantastic. We were guided to everything we wanted to see and take some fantastic pictures that will last a lifetime.

Great B & B in Nelson Bay

We were only here for one night but wish we could have stayed longer! Trish and Iain have thought of everything to make guests comfortable- and the breakfast was excellent. Also, Trish gave us valuable tourist information about the area and recommended some drives and walks which were worth doing for the spectacular views. Would definitely go back and recommend to others to stay there.

We had a great stay at this B&B. The room was clean and very nice and comfortable. The location was very convenient and just next to town. The hosts were very friendly and full of advice and suggestions. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast, fresh baked bread in the morning with delicious spreads, and the personal spa jacuzzi under the stars!

Lovely bed and breakfast

Our room was really nice and super clean. It had a private balcony with a spa which was very relaxing!! Breakfast was also very good with a choice of cereals, fruit salad and home made breads. Trish was super nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend and I would stay there again if I come back to nelson bay :)

Lovely area to expolore.

Clean and comfortable bed and breakfast. Room is a little small but very well-equipped. Nice to have a small sitting area out on the deck by the Jacuzzi. Owners very welcoming and very informative about the area. Good continental breakfast. Driveway a bit steep to park the car and steep path and stairs to accommodation.
