So filthy that I didn’t want to sit on, touch or sleep on any surface! From the clear viscous fluid that was dripped down the glass partition, to the dirty door knobs, the vomit spatters on the side of the basin, the unknown white glob stains on the carpet, the butt marks on the lounge chair, the paltry offering of just 4 tiny UHT milks, the gross-to-the-touch remotes for the TV and other unidentified electrical device (who knows, there was no welcome book or instructions) or the fact that I have sent emails and have accompanied with photos, but could not elicit even an iota of a response from a manager...so much roadwork going on and the audacity to charge for parking.

Location is excellent, close to waterfront walkway and bars/cafes etc. 2 bed apartment was really a 1 bed study as the second bedroom has no window and only a glass door facing the lounge and only one bathroom. But overall it was nice. Staff shouldn't be working in hospitality, everything felt like a chore.

Comfortable, great location. Check-in took a long time as there was a LARGE group of people all checking in at the same time with only one member of staff on the reception desk. This was little disappointing.

These apartments are not a great example of value for money. They are not serviced daily and the condition of the rooms are average at best. The beds are like sleeping on solid rock and the pillows are dirty and stained. Disaapointing

Liked the large size of the apartment and the balcony. Staff were great. Some fixtures and fittings were not in the best of condition - coffee table wobbled and lamp was dodgy.

liked the space bed was a bit hard and blinds could be better in bedroom; let in so much light!! the toaster set off the fire alarm in room ( we managed it quickly) and the kettle is small for 4 people at a time

I chose this hotel for the gym and bus route location. However, the bus routes had changed, making the walk to the bus stop a little longer than anticipated. Once the new light rail opens up, there will be a stop near the hotel. The gym had plenty of cardio machines, but weight training was limited to three machines. Other hotels in the area have USB charging ports for electronics which are useful for international travelers, this hotel lacked those. On the positive side, the facilities and rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. It is surrounded by restaurants and is located rather close to the wharf and beaches. There are two grocery stores within walking distance. It has everything you need for longer stays, i.e. washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave.

Plain apartment.

BAsiclly nothing wrong witht his property except that it is very basic and really in the wrong end of town. The rooms have space but I struggle to beleive that it is a 4 star rated property. The rooms are not well laid out with a spacious living area but little room to walk past the end of the bed. No pictures or art hanging on the walls and all done in grey give the rooms a drab feel. It was quiet and functional but we won't stay there again.
