The property was very nice. Convenient location to beach, dining & shopping. My only complaint was the WiFi. We had a room by the pool & the wifi didn’t reach back there. We had to go closer to the front to get it.

It’s fine, average. Staff was friendly. It’s Jamaica, so no hurry ya mon😉 They were accommodating. Pool was okay. Terrible WiFi. You can only get WiFi by the front area near the office, but word is that they are working on it. Not far from beach.Ver small convenient stores stores very close along with some small gift shops. A bigger grocery store in located 1.30 miles away. Safe area to stay and walk during the day. At night walking in groups is fine. You can get a taxi from anywhere anytime. There was a good restaurant right next door. So many options for food on the beach. On the street out front the hotel are some locals Jamaicans making jerk chicken and soups. There are more restaurants that are located about 1-1.5 miles away. Overall it was an average place to stay. You get what you pay for. Tip for vaca in Jamaica: bring more cash than you think because the food and drinks are not as cheap as you would think.

This property was the worst I’ve ever visited. The hotel room was terrible and bathroom toilet was lifting, it was horrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The day I checked in the receptionist was very inattentive. I asked her how was I going to get my bags upstairs and she said she did not know. I told her that she will have to get up from her chair and find someone. Well she did. I was not given a Wi-Fi code or any welcome or anything. I had to get the Wi-Fi from the man next door. I stayed there 3 days with no hot water and barely running water. The maid service did a nice job cleaning. When checking out I found someone to take my luggage down. When I checked out the receptionist did not acknowledge me at all and never asked how was my stay or thank you for staying with us, nothing. I gave her my key and waited for my ride. I can say that this hotel has a generator when the power goes out in Negril, because it did!

Very nice staff and very clean. The TV didnt work, no hot water. No iron nor ironing board. It's actually a very nice place that is in bad need of maintenance. Really wouldnt take long to resolve all the issues.

Stayed one week and decided tonstay extra night. They moved me. I wondered why i moved from a great room to no air conditioning, no TV, no hot water...now i know why...one night only, already paid for. Never again.

We have stayed here before. I requested a ground floor room, received it but was surprised to have no porch. 99% of the rooms have porches. Had no idea I had to request one. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, A/C works great. Nice location, walkable to most everything.

I thought that I was at tranquility bay, it was so welcoming, the moment I opened the door the freshness of the room was do awesome, not to mention the rest I had in the nights, the only thing is the water pressure was slow but the accomodations over everything.

I really enjoyed my stay, as well as my daughter…pretty the rest of our group share the same sentiments. The warm welcome at check in really set the tone and the bright smile on most of the staff added to the overall pleasant experience staying here. Already recommended to friends, and will be visiting again God’s willing, thank you Malissa and Natalie and all the pleasant gentlemen whom added to our comfort

STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK ⛔️ . Where to start. 7 days stay the first day I got cable then no cable for the next four days. Entire 7 days no warm water. I complain to front desk with no results. I spoke to the housekeeper and she said this is golden nugget/coral seas that’s how it is. Save the best for last. Roaches 🪳 and bugs 🐜 all over I have never been to a hotel and find roaches in the shower. It’s crazy. Big red ants running all over the room looks harmless but still. Broken smoke detector I have to buy my own toilet paper the last three days. I told the helper the following morning after I came back in at night and no toilet paper. She said she will call the other property to get but did not see any so I buy my own. That place needs to be shut down.

It was a little weekend getaway after our wedding. Great hotel and, staff very helpful. Room was really nice and relaxing. Great cable TV, home from home. Would book this hotel for a longer stay. Only thing missing, no restaurant facilities, shops only a few minutes walk!

The homely resort on the boulevard was central and cozy. Little staff presence created a nice at home community vibe with other guests, environment was quiet and felt safe. Check in can be daunting however as the telephone number for the resort was unanswered for nearly an hour.

The room was clean. However the tv remote did not have batteries and I couldn’t get the cable. No guide. There is no one in the office after 8 No instructions about self checkout (no one there before 9) Check in was unpleasant. Staff not friendly

Water pressure for the shower was poor and hot water was by chance. Had a kitchen for a longer stay which would be nice but was only a 2 night stay and didn't use it. Nice pool. Overall an okay place.
