"This is an ideal place to reset your body — with Ayurvedic treatments, meals tailored to your body type, and yoga every morning and evening.
Most people seemed to stay for 3–4 days, but I really recommend a longer stay. I stayed for 16 days and was able to fully detox and relax.
The staff are all warm and kind.
It might be a good idea to bring something to pass the time during those little in-between moments when you’re not sure what to do.
You can easily go out for short trips of 2–3 hours...

"Had one night at the hotel since I had an early flight the next day.
The staff was amazing and made my stay easy. Helped me book at transfer to the airport early in the morning. And they also confirmed with the driver in the morning that I was on my way- love how they cared.
The hotel was clean, and as a lonly traveler I felt really safe. Good size of the room, great wi-fi and aircon. Easy access to the beach"
