「I needed an EV charger so used that as search criteria. This hotel showed up as having EV chargers. They do not have EV chargers but refer to the gas station next door which are Tesla chargers which often need special adapters for other cars to use. The staff knew nothing about these EV chargers which tells me that this hotel does not have the right to market that it’s a specific amenity.」

「This property suffers from neglect. Dead plants at the entrance. Jacuzzi broken and looked like it had been that way for a while. Junk in hallway outside conference room. Patio off of pool area junky and had bird droppings on the chairs. Only one bath towel in room. Almost empty roll of toilet paper and no extra. Front desk clerk was helpful when we asked about nearby dining, and asked us if we needed anything when he saw us in the hallway. This is not staff's fault, this is a problem with...
