「The air conditioning was not working great it did shoot out cold air but wouldn’t stay on 」

「I would have given it 5 stars but there are no handicap accessible rooms and the tubs do not have any nonslip placemats in them. Also the breakfast consists of prepackaged muffins, and granola type bars with coffee. No ice tea, no orange juice, and no water. 」

「Requested a room near front of hotel. We were on the far end It’s hard for me to walk this was disappointing. When we entered our room itceas 50 degrees. It took about 4 hours to warm up the room. First person to use toilet flushed it and it backed up almost overflowed Out of necessity we used it sparingly. But by morning we couldn’t use it. We had to hobby lobby. A loooonnnngggg walk while needed to go!!! 」
