「We were not satisfied with the customer service at all. The television set in our room was not working. We called the main desk, and the person was already frustrated and did not want to do his job. After explaining that our TV was not working, he came up and played with it for a little bit. He knew the TV was not working, but played along like he was trying to fix it. Then he proceeded to tell us that it should be ok not to watch TV for one night. We asked for a replacement, to which he said...

「We had weed in our backpack. The housekeeping lady then claimed we smoked and got charged 250 for incidentals. Some people don’t know a scent versus its smoke? Anyways, shady business practice here. The front desk clerk post 1pm Tuesdays got defensive and asked me if his housekeeper is lying. I stated yes, she doesn’t know smoke versus the plant smell. Hello, wouldn’t the sprinklers have gone off? Shady business practice here. Avoid this place at all costs.」

「Staff was very nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable but the breakfast needs some real variety like some real eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits something very poor quality.」

「Clean room except sheets had yellow stains on them. Friendly front desk folks. A/C was running when we walked in which was nice because it was a really hot day. Traveled with our two dogs. Very well maintained property. Didn’t notice a designated pet area but we found some grassy areas to use. Property is very close to highway so be careful with pets when outside.」
