「Restaurant chef as extremely knowledgeable when being asked questioned about dairy free products. No coffee pods in the suite on arrival so couldn’t use the coffee machine. Fridge didn’t seem to be working.」

「Just got back from a stay that felt like a dream birthday treat and retreat. The hotel was cosy, beautiful. The ground was so peaceful, it felt like time slowed down. Every corner invited calm and rest. Above all though, was the staff. They were genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. It surpassed my expectations. I can’t recommend New Hall enough. 」
