"I will be communicating directly with this particular hotel as well as head office. Although the staff were friendly and superficially the facility looked fine, our room was a disaster. The minor issue was lack of water pressure but the major issue was the disgusting condition of the floors. Without a work of exaggeration I would hazard a guess that the floor in our room hasn't been cleaned in over a year. I have photos of my socks, a couple of my own towels (that I used to ensure my dog's feet were dry when entering the room) that have streaks of dirt that were picked up from the floor. My dog's have white hair on their paws, they were bathed for a dog show so were clean and white. On 2 occasions their feet got wet from drinking water from their bowls on the floor and as a result ended up with dirt from the floor on the sides of their paws. And oddly I had to pay a pet fee!! Clearly not a health environment for humans. I've stayed at many LaQuinta hotels and have never experienced this."

"Staff at front desk was friendly and check-in was easy. The room was clean enough. I'd recommend bringing your own shampoo/body wash. They stress that there is a no smoking policy, but it seems not to be enforced as much as they say. The room below us had the smell of weed traveling up into our room. As we were leaving the property, that specific room's door was briefly upon and we were hit with a pungent smell of weed. So, keep that in mind if you plan to stay here with any children."

"Been here several times Never again! Attitude reflects leadership! Rude staff . Elevators , pool , jacuzzi all not operating at some point check-in was pointless told me nothing didn’t bother to make eye contact ! She might have noticed I was a senior struggling to walk a little ( I use a cane )and not assign me to the furthest room from the elevator .Did not feel welcoming at all ! The walk to the Jacuzzi to find it looking like a crime seen wrapped in caution tape was an adventure!And upon leaving I find a card on my car saying I didn’t register my car with them and had to pay for parking to avoid problems ! Never mentioned at check in ! And charge a $5 dollar service fee for the privilege of parking the car myself in their lot ! Only positive thing I can say to be fair the Bistro restaurant food was delicious the bar tender was wonderful must be operated independently! Hotel must have new owners in my opinion to have gotten this bad ! I wish booking app was updated on broken amenities I really needed that jacuzzi and one reason I booked it in the first place "

"Paid break fast. Some what okay. Not hot but okay. They had some kids on the room next door and we could hear them running and making noise. It last it a couple of hours but for the most part everything else was excellent. "
