The space and property was spectacular and matched the pics. It’s giving like a modern boho chic. I love it and will be staying there again. Location was great. Close to many popular areas. And the staff were friendly and responsive.

Blessed to have our original plans get cancelled from another property the morning of our stay. Found the diamond in the rough! Amanda was so attentive and helpful with everything we needed. The property is immaculately clean and designed perfectly. Down to the personalized pillow cases and towels. The coffee shop is amazing from the pastries to the different selection of coffee creations and tea concoctions. A definite must if you are going to the Baltimore area. The area on 36th Street(a 5 minute walk) has everything you need too. Will absolutely return!

WOW!

Gorgeous boutique hotel with top-of-the-line service. We stayed for one night and somehow it felt like we had been on a weeklong vacation. We cannot wait to come back and stay in this design-forward space.

Really clean, nice room. Loved the entire set up and the room. Easy to access. Hard to find parking unfortunately and there was a loud meeting in the lobby in the morning, otherwise, great experience.

It was well designed and a great location! There isn't actually on site parking - it is street parking, with a spot to unload only, but we didn't have difficulty finding a place to park.

This is a wonderful place to stay! The staff was wonderful and the service was as well. This was my first trip to Baltimore. Being a college town it’s very busy and this is an older neighborhood but they did amazing work on this property. I would definitely return to the Good neighbor.

The place was great... beautifully designed and furnished. There is no staff on site (which was made clear in advance).. but when we had trouble getting in with the door code we called a number and it was taken care of immediately by someone who was friendly and efficient.

The room exceeded my expectations. Yes, the houses next door are falling down BUT the property of the green neighbor is fabulous. The room is spotless, the coffee shop below has great beverages and the accompanying yard with tables are so much fun to hang out at night. Highly recommend.

We had no idea what to expect when we arrived. What a gem!! Wonderfully appointed, clean and modern, we could not have asked for a better experience. The (only) slight drawback might be the parking (neighborhood street), though it didn’t take too long to find a nearby spot. Highly recommend this place!
