"Clean room"

"The staff was nice, room was clean, the nightstand was broken. Had to rig it to keep the drawer closed. But definitely wouldn’t keep me from staying there again."

"Customer service was very good, and it's a great hotel. The only issue was the power outage and emergency evacuation. My husband is elderly, and he had a lot of trouble making it outdoors in the dark stairwell, with people pushing, etc. He had a few bumps and bruises. Then we stood outside in the very cold weather and no announcement was made on when to come back in. I think staff did their best in a difficult situation, but it seemed like confusion and lack of coordination on what exactly to do -- including how to gain entry into our room again with our key. Again, appreciate the staff trying to do what they could. "
