「Customer service was very good, and it's a great hotel. The only issue was the power outage and emergency evacuation. My husband is elderly, and he had a lot of trouble making it outdoors in the dark stairwell, with people pushing, etc. He had a few bumps and bruises. Then we stood outside in the very cold weather and no announcement was made on when to come back in. I think staff did their best in a difficult situation, but it seemed like confusion and lack of coordination on what exactly to do...

「It's definitely not a five star hotel , but the bed was comfortable and there was no bugs in the room and there was no hair in the tub and for the price I paid that's amazing. The manager on duty late at night around 12:00 a.m. Was very helpful as he went out of his way to assist me. If I'm ever in the area again I would definitely consider staying there again.」

「No hot water, tv remote kept falling apart」

「The bed was very comfortable. The bathtub was however stopped up. And I stayed 2 night told front desk the next morning I didn’t want housekeeping in my room. Someone went in anyway and changed the garbage and left clean towels and now I have a pair of tennis shoes I can’t find So I’m kinda upset about that」
