「The issue we had was we requested three times the bed linens and pillows for the pull out sofabed. We never received them. Imagine trying to sleep with nothing on the bed. This definitely left us feeling dissatisfied with the experience. 」

So booked thru Expedia. Room was dusty and didn’t even give new glasses after we used them. Then 2x our key card stopped working. Asked to talk to a manager. Was given a number to call. Called and it just rang so couldn’t leave a number. Then called and asked front desk to have someone call back. Still...

「It's a small, manageable and recently remodeled hotel. Nice gym, convenient breakfast. Nextdoor to a Starbucks. Easy to get up/down elevators quickly. Very cool, old building that has been converted so lots of character. Many places to eat/drink within walking distance. Parking is indeed a litlte tricky... in an attempt to avoid the expensive daily parking rate I was paying the parking meters off and on the entire stay. 「Just a bad stay all around man. We arrived after a maybe 5-6 hour road trip driving due to traffic. We arrived very tired, I had booked a room with 2 queens. They had no rooms available with 2 queens. Hilton nor Expedia reached out to tell me before I made this booking. I had remembered at booking there was a junior suite that atleast had a coach for me to sleep on and a bed for my 2 daughters. 「Desk staff was great. The room had some remodeling upgrades in bath area and was clean. The bed linens need to be replaced. They accept dogs which is something we need. Parking was great and other guests were quiet. No breakfast is provided. 」
