「Do not recommend! Stayed for 5 days in room 206. Dirty room with furniture not dusted and mold in the shower. There are smashed bugs on the ceiling above the shower and what looks like blood stains on the front door that could be easily wiped off. Very dirty hotel. Housekeepers did not come by to make our room or replenish toiletries or towels our whole stay. The only time they came by was to ensure we were checking out on time on our last day - and they did that twice. Worst of all, our toilet...

「We ultimately ended up not staying here. It had nothing to do with the staff. The check in was smooth and easy. Yes, I read reviews before booking but after visiting I can’t agree with some of them. It is a very old motel and the outside is really worn. The room we were assigned was pretty worn too. The mattress was broken down and jiggled just by sitting down on it. It just wasn’t for us. I was willing to pay the much higher price at another tried and true chain hotel. The clerk was super busy...

「We stayed in the Aston Suites. I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. However, my husband who uses a cane would have had a challenge with getting to the front desk in the Norblad Hotel. I took care of checking in and the Astor Suites had an elevator which made it easy for my husband.」

「The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were clean. They had a coffee maker but not a Keurig. Just for those who do keurigs instead of ground coffee. There's no conditioner for your hair, so bring your own. Only reason I didn't do five stars is because of the maid. She banged on our door really really loud at 9:00 in the morning. Then proceeded to talk very loudly outside the rooms. Otherwise, It was a good stay and would absolutely stay there again.」
