「Great spot for a family!!」

「The property had many thoughtful touches. I enjoyed getting a little peace with a nice soak in the tub (amazing) and some yoga. Snack and beverage options were delightful. And the decor was so fun. It was the perfect stop on my 40th bday solo trip!」

「Great newer/refreshed hotel for your Seaside visit. One of the most comfortable hotels beds I've slept on in a while. Comfortable rooms, super friendly staff and fantastic location only a block from the beach. Unfortunately the EV chargers were not working but the staff worked their butts off to try to get them going. Highly recommend.」

「From check in to check out we had nothing but positive interactions with staff. The room had an incredible room and they offered some really incredible extra packages for birthday and beach day! Overall one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Seaside!」

「Great staff from front desk to cleaning and breakfast room staff (friendly and helpful). The pool, spa and sauna are a nice addition. The room was a little dated but well-appointed (robes, hair dryer, coffee maker, microwave, frig). I also loved the balcony that faced the river. The chowder at 5pm and hot cookies at 2pm were fantastic! The free breakfast was a nice touch too. Ill be back!」

「Clean is room and staffs was friendly, I was able to check in early than 4pm and it was very helpful when traveling with young kids. Breakfast was great but was hoping to have more variety on hot food. Pool is dark and small, water is not so clear, and we only swam one time. Walking distance to other attractions and view is great from the patio. Would like to stay next time.」

「This is a very nice listing and we would stay again. We did run into issues with directions to the property- maybe because we booked third party. Check in instructions could have been clearer and there could be more kitchen utensils like tongs, a spatula, a colander, etc. I did attempt to contact the property a couple of times over the messenger service, but did not receive a response to either message.」

「Very old, the room is smelly, and it is not cheap. It is an experience I have never had before.」

「This was a great location and staff friendly but I have never stayed in a VRBO property that was so tattered. Carpet had dog pee spots all over and bathrooms were from the 1970’s, avocado green and harvest gold. All cabinets had scratches and smelled like old wood. The kitchen was very nice though and beds were comfortable. I would advise to leave air freshener to cover the wet dog smell. Advise others to look closely at pictures as well. Table tops were worn and needed refinishing. ...
