「The hotel was about a block from the beach and was a short walk to the downtown which had many restaurants and shops. They offered a free, hot breakfast which was nice.」

「We always chose to stay in this hotel on our yearly Oregon Coast vacation since 2012, when my kids were still little. The hotel is right on the beach with spectacular views! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. It has always been a very good experience in this hotel, until last year's and this year. Our this year's recent 3 days stay was disappointing. First, prior to our arrival, I messaged the hotel for us to have extra pillows and a blanket, but never came. I had to call and ask again....

While the location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the main downtown area—the overall experience was disappointing, especially for $249.93 per night. The biggest issue was cleanliness. When we opened the bed, we found blood stains on the sheets. Housekeeping came to replace them, but the replacement sheets also had blood stains. There were also mosquitoes in the room, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The room...

「I liked the location, close to town and many cute coffee shops. The building is painted really cute and they had a kitchen which we really appreciated a lot. Loved the kitchenette and how clean it was. We were there for one night. Bed was comfortable and it was an overall nice stay. The only thing is it’s a very old building and doesn’t really match the photos. The photos make it look much better.」

「The property was under construction where people where painting and all prep literally outside our door and had to stop working to move out of our doorway whenever we would leave. I had to navigate me toddler and kids down the walkway that had wet paint and sharp building materials and toxic fumes. It was terrible. The started working right outside our window at 9am—waking everyone up.」

After about 15 minutes of trying to access the room, we called support and were given a different code that worked. Inside the room, we found required paperwork that threatened fines if not completed, but no pen was provided. We had to leave the property to purchase one. The Wi-Fi was essentially unusable throughout our stay, making even basic use...
