「There was no one there to meet us, help out or talk with. ….only a phone number to text if there was a problem. We were given a code for the front door and the key to our room was in the door to our room. Our room, #6, had a stand alone tub with a lip that was 30 inches high. We are in our late 70’s and neither of us could climb into to tub to take a shower. So we did without showers for 3 days. And there was nothing on the tub bottom to keep you from slipping. I had to navigate me toddler and kids down the walkway that had wet paint and sharp building materials and toxic fumes. It was terrible. The started working right outside our window at 9am—waking everyone up.」
