「Parking was not available unless you wanted to move your car every two hours or risk unsafe areas. Breakfast was available at restaurant. Staff when onsite were great but often not there. Room was clean. Noise outside was terrible. No AC so windows were open. Will not be back.」

「The staff was awesome, checkin a breeze, lots of toiletries to be able to use, awesome theme throughout! Grab and go breakfast was homemade muffins and granola bars. Beds were memory foam and quite comfortable!」

「Room was as pictured ans okay for 1 night. The outside of the hotel needs major updating. Rotting wood is visible and it overall looks run-down. There was only 1 pillow per person with no extras able to be given. Very few outlets to plug and charge from. The bathroom also needed work- paint was peeling/ missing.」

「They have a unique business model with no management on the property. they were available by phone and text, but not immediately. This left several of us left out in the rain trying to get in our rooms. The communal kitchen was not really somewhere you could cook. There was a microwave and toaster oven, but no dishes. The rooms were small, but modern and efficient. Weirdly there were only a few guests although when I tried to book it showed it almost booked up. The location is great right near...

「When this room was booked it was the Astoria Crest Hotel, when I arrived it was The Herondale Hotel. They did not have my reservation from Expedia and the person at the "desk" was a little befuddled. The property is still under construction. Having said that, the room #123, was beautiful and well appointed.」

「Liked the quiet location, warm welcome, rooms was supplied with everything, coffee maker (although owners operate a coffee truck in the mornings on the premises), bathrobes, table and chairs, roomy closet, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay while I spent daytime with family at nearby State Beach campground.」
