Very very disappointed with this property. Upon arrival trash overflowing at front door trash can (which stayed that way until the following evening. Rooms are not only dated but in disrepair with stained carpet, drapes that don’t close and bathroom that was so dingy from wear and tear. First morning we were advised there would be no breakfast. No reason given no apology or compensation. Patio furniture was rusted and uninviting. Of course no housekeeping service for our entire 4 night stay. I asked for extra towels but was told they were not available. Never got them. I will never stay here again. .

Absolutely loved this place. took the upgrade and stayed in the king suite with a wrap around deck. Wonderful view of the river and boats, Property is showing it's wear but the staff aims to please.

No air conditioning in any of the rooms, no daily maid service, filthy room , trash on balcony from prior guests, broken front door handle , written with sharpie on door- lift up , towels like sandpaper, no fabric softner ever

Ice machine was always empty, at $270 and completely booked…service it or buy another one. One other thing is early check in, $25 is a ridiculous offer. Reason why is at 4pm you have one staff member and clients out the door waiting to check in for the next two hours. Other than that it was a great property for the fishing clients, but very pricey for the quality

Not a good place to stay unless you plan to fish out of the marina. Ground sand facilities not well maintained and we had plumbing issues with a sink not draining and toilet not flushing well. Do NOT recommend

this was a last minute booking when other arrangements fell through. the staff was verybl friendly, the rooms were clean but in serious need of some upgrades. they had breakfast from 6:30-10 but when we went in for breakfast at 7:30 there was nothing left. was a good option for a last minute booking.

Location is very convenient to the trolley and Riverwalk. Breakfast was slim pickings by 7:30am. The smell of the water from the balcony made it unusable. But the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Great location and nice view of the marina. That’s it. Motel needs serious upgrades and general maintenance. Front check in staff was unprofessional and impatient. We wore shoes in our room, the bathroom was gross. Will never stay here again.

The rooms are old and rundown. Our bathroom light flickered the entire (5-night) Stay and we had ants in her room. I thought our room would be cleaned every third day, but housekeeping staff never came. I had already thrown all our towels on the floor so that we could receive new ones and we were out of toilet paper. I had to call to receive both. That being said, the location cannot be beat! We will stay here again for that reason alone. if you can tolerate the negative aspects and want to be near the marina this is your place!
