I couldn't be happier with this stay, and will absolutely be back! The staff was welcoming and accommodating, the room was spotless with a perfect view, and the free breakfast would hold its own with any breakfast spot in town. I can't wait to come back!

Staff was friendly, room was out dated and dark, also the phone did not work. Room service came early one day and didn’t return or come on the scheduled day for fresh towels. The front desk gave us some when we asked. The breakfast was the same everyday, a little variety would be nice. Beautiful location and views.

The outside of the hotel is a little run down. A couple of lights on the big sign out front were out or flickering, but the room was fine ... it was spacious, comfortable and had a nice view of the harbor. Good value for the price.

Everyone at the Inn was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was spacious, clean and we had a wonderful view of the marina and famous bridge. The hotel was able to give us good information about transportation to the event we were attending.

The building is scheduled for demolition in the next year or two. As such, they’re not doing any maintenance- including replacing the boiler, which meant because we woke up at 9am, we had only cold water (not even really tepid). The staff is still really nice (I’ve stayed there before, several years ago), but paying full price for a hotel without hot water feels inappropriate. The staff just shrugged it off when we talked to them about it. Breakfast is mediocre (not that we were expecting much) and the rooms are worn but clean.

The staff was great and the room was pretty clean. If you don’t have dietary restrictions, the breakfast is pretty good too. I liked the proximity to the river front trail.

The motel was in extremely bad shape. It was not made clear that this is a motel on the Expedia listing. Apparently the property is owned by the Port of Astoria. It is ridiculous that they would allow the building to fall into such a state of disrepair. The room smelled so bad (probably due to the old carpet). This is the type of motel you would stay at if you had fallen on desperate measures and not one you stay at on a vacation. The staff was so nice and tried to accommodate by switching rooms but all three rooms were very gross. This was not due to the staff not trying their best to attempt to clean. This was due to the property not being maintained for years on end. Also, there was a symphony of pigeons under the deck that were extremely loud all night.
