Motel was clean and reasonably priced. Retro decor was fun. The staff were helpful and happily offered suggestions for food and fun. It is within walking distance of the Bridgeport Bistro which is one of the best places to eat in Astoria. If you are looking for something more than fruit and pastries for breakfast, there is a Pig and Pancake restaurant right next door. You do have to be careful crossing the busy street to get to the Piers.

This place was so much fun and full of families. I would highly recommend! It's definitely an old motel (built in 1962) but well kept and the decor is spot on. I will stay again.

The bathroom was terrifying, weird splatters on the heater, and there were stains in the tub/ shower walls that made me feel like I could not use the shower. The bed was also extremely lumpy and made me roll into the center part of the bed. Was an okay stay for the night but I wouldn't go again and especially not to stay for several nights.

This is a two star motel with comfortable rooms. We had a non ocean view booked a month ago. What we were given was a room under the stairway in a dark corner. Whether this was a result of not booking directly I do not know. When housekeeping made up our room for day 2 they did not leave any soap. The staff were very friendly but the motel a disappointment
