「Somos un matrimonio que disfruta la isla de Puerto Rico y d3scubrir y encontrar lugares para compartir ....y en pocas palabras el hotel nos ofrece todo lo que buscamos en un hotel grand3.... desde llo que fue conoce4 su historia hasta quedarnos en el lugar...le sirvió a descubrir lo q ofrece el hotel ...es espectacular lleno de paz y tranquilidad..bienvenidos」

「The room was ok, but the bathroom wasn’t clean, towels were dirty, and the staff did not do anything about it. Calling the front desk and never picked up except once, where they heard my wife ask for clean towels and immediately hung up. Did not deliver the towels. Pool was also unclean. Found a used bandaid on the floor right next to the water. Never saw any staff checking the cleanliness. No room service. The beach isn’t great. Overall, not a great experience unless you are barely at the hotel...

「Nice place to stay with countless beaches less than 20 minutes away. The communication with the host was excellent. The room was large for two people with a kitchenette and a good spot to stay for a couple of days.」

Éramos un grupo de 6 y el apartamento que recibimos solo tenía 2 camas disponibles, afectando directamente nuestra comodidad. El propietario incluso insinuó, de forma irrespetuosa, que queríamos aprovechar el espacio para incluir más personas, cuando nuestra intención siempre fue reservar una propiedad cómoda y disponible para nuestro grupo. 「It looks like an abandoned place. The pool area looks scary and dirty. We could not sleep because of a noise coming from something loose in the balcony. The whole building needs an urgent renovation it's hard to believe that a place like this comply with all the government regulations. Way too expensive for what they have to offer.」

「Lo unico malo fue que hubo una actividad de cumpleaño el segundo día de nuestra estadía que duró hasta la noche 1:00am de la mañana y el ruido de la música y los invitados nos molestó para poder dormir y descansar porque nuestra habitación estaba en el primer piso al lado del salón de actividades y también hubieron invitados que se pusieron a hablar en el mismo balcón de nuestra habitación.」

「Being absolutely right on a reef beach with waves crashing all around you was amazing. Such Proximity to the ocean, means upkeep is very difficult. The balcony, roofs are very weathered but surviving. Our beautiful view was of waves crashing less than 5 feet away. The place is older but it was super clean and comfortable.
