"This was a charming little place very close to the river, restaurants and shopping and just a short walk to the subway. Check-in was easy, staff was nice and the rooms were well-designed, cozy and clean. The price was very reasonable and we would definitely return. "

"The checked in was smooth and I was given an early check in, by 2 pm I’m done. Staff was super helpful and friendly. English speaking is clear & easily understood. Very grateful to the staff for finding me a taxi to which can fit in 4 ppl with 3 large suitcases/1 medium.
Really love the amenities there, the Onsen was super nice! The women’s onsen, entry required pwd to get in, which I feel super safe. And when you come out there’s a mini snack bar with free flow of coke, ginger beer & tea. Some little snickers plus the local snacks, which is very tasty. Location is really good, near to subway & buses which can reach destinations within a few stops.
Room is clean & spacious! Big luggage friendly for me, I booked the quadruple room, thumbs up, very comfortable stay there. Will definitely recommend anyone going Kyoto to stay there! "
"Amazing hotel. I’d highly recommend staying here due to the incredible staff, the location, the cleanliness and the facilities. The onsen is absolutely brilliant. "
"Great service. Maid service organized our mess everyday. Got lost finding the fitness center and someone working at a restaurant led me to the fitness desk."
