Staff behind the counter said they had only a hot tub. How then are there online photos of a swimming pool? Also, as I checked out mid-morning, the young lady behind the counter was glued to her phone screen. The other staff had been attentive."

"The sheets were scratchy and made us itch, the towels were rough and harsh on our skin. It is such a beautiful property and such spacious rooms, people and food and drinks are fantastic. But the linens were horrible absolutely horrible."
