"There is no onsite parking, though there are a lot of offsite paod parking. The hotel is very near dining places and malls. "

"Had no ac due to the time of year we jut opened windows to allow air flow. Room was super clean definitely exceeded our expectations. "

"We tried both Japanese room and western room and both are good but we preferred the latter. We also love having snacks and drinks in the lounge area and it’s free. I don’t drink alcohol but my family members do and they love it. The onsen is also good."

"Absolutely incredible! The staff was very friendly and the onsens were relaxing. We didn't realize there was a shiatsu massage chair in the room. That was a definite bonus. We went for the junior suite, which was a bit of a splurge, but worth every penny. I would definitely recommend the upgrade. "
