「Loved my stay here! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is situated inside of a mall which is really convenient because I went to the grocery store every day to buy snacks :) The room was HUGE! I actually had the 'smallest' room and it was a studio but the bedroom was separated from the living room with a partition so it seemed a lot bigger. The ONLY issue is that the wifi didn't work for a day so I used up a lot of my data. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again.」

「I stayed 2 nights at this hotel which is in the city centre. The rooms are not big but comfortable and clean with toiletries and coffee/tea. House keeping was efficient and my bath robe was promptly delivered. The buffet breakfast was excellent with an egg station and different selection of hot dishes offered everyday.」

「Very warm reception from the two ladies, helped me to pay the taxi when I arrived because I had no shillings on me so they allowed me to use my debit card on their POS terminal. Room was specious and neat. It was a lovely stay 」

「Breakfast at Golden Tulip was the best and I had my best black masala tea there. Only thing I didn’t like was the translucent wall design between the bedroom and the bathroom. Otherwise everything else was pretty much good. Plus the lunch options they had were good too.」

「Great stay at Crossroads Hotel. Friendly check-in staff and a clean room, with secure parking and AC included. The price was good for the area. The hotel lobby is on the 5th floor, and it’s very walkable to Sarit and around Westlands. I asked to move to a quieter room and the staff accommodated it right away. I didn’t have any meals, so I can’t comment on the food. Overall, a good experience.」
