A wonderful stay, especially because of the staff. What stood out the most during my stay at Best Western Plus Westlands was the exceptional hospitality of the team. Everyone was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive to making guests feel comfortable. From check-in to check-out, the staff were consistently helpful and courteous, and their positive attitude made a real difference to the experience. The service felt personal rather than simply transactional, which I really appreciated. The hotel itself is comfortable, well maintained, and conveniently located, but it was truly the people who made my stay memorable. A special thank you to the entire team for their kindness and professionalism. I would be happy to stay here again.
